Let everyone know who you are and what your interests are here.
Hi, I'm Chris the BMFA's Drone Support Officer. We've done a few drone talks already, but if you have a topic you would like covered, do let me know.

Andy here.
BMFA Club Support Officer and websites administrator.
Barrie here.
I have been involved in ITAT since season 1, and since season 2 I have worked with Andy and Marks Benn's on the coordination of the ITAT series.
In 2023 we hosted some digital manufacturing webinars which have been very well received.
This has led Andy to set up the ITAT forum, I am looking forwards to uploading content for to encourage modellers to build and manufacture with both old and new techniques.

- Hi, Kevin here, Member of Achievement Scheme Committee and NW Area Coordinator.
Hi all, Graham here aka "Pilotman" may be not too original. Specific interests in F3A flying, but very close to purchasing a 3D printer and or a Laser cutter. Really enjoyed the recent ITAT evenings.
Hi my name is Leonard, I am a retired Pro Photographer age 81. I fly DJI drones from the Inspire , Phantom 4 Pro , Mavic2Pro , Mini 2 and now the mini 3 Pro. I sat and passed my A2Cofc and now only fly for pleasure. Live in South Wales and have now Photographed most of the Castles in that area from above so will be venturing further afield to photograph more. Most of my working life was photographing the British Army Ceremonial events for the Army. Last year I tried to fly fixed wing planes but my fingers were not nimble enough so will be staying with drones. I donated the plane to my local BMFA club. I also help to renovate an old Coal Mine, The Great Western Colliery in Trehafod South Wales, like to keep busy. My other love is motorcycling, I ride a Honda CBF600 do about 60 miles a day then become the errand boy and chief tea maker in my local motorcycle garage, that’s about all now, so glad to be on here, cheers Len
@pilotman Hello Graham, good to see you on the forum. We were flying with Kevin Caton at the pylon racing on the 19th, after the racing Kevin demo'd one of his F3A models, very impressive.

@lensimages Hello Leonard, surely if you are riding a CBF600 then you could twiddle the sticks on a fixed wing? Good to have you on the forum.

Hi Leonard, a fellow DJI drone operator here, flying a DJI Mini2 and Mavic 3, purely for recreation. Fly with the Yorkshire Drone Flyers and we arrange regular meets at various locations in Yorkshire. https://yorkshiredroneflyers.org/Hi my name is Leonard, I am a retired Pro Photographer age 81. Hi, Colin here,
Retired Staff Nurse. Lots of interests. Currently flying electric R/C. Like FF, gliders and IC, hoping to revisit C/L. Other interests: photography, motorcycling, astronomy and reading.
Hi Everyone
My name is Michael Campbell. My background is as an aeronautical engineer for 7yrs specialising in aircraft and missile performance and latterly as an IT consultant in systems analysis and design since 1987. My modelling background starts at the age of 5 with Airfix plastic kits, then at 11, building KeilKraft rubber model kits. At 15, built my first radio controlled plane using McGregor single channel and it actually flew! Came back to model flying in my mid thirties, joining the Ivinghoe Soaring Association in 1995. I'm still a member there. Been power flying since 2011 on and off and now am a member of the Melton & District Model Club. Latest project is my own-designed and build 3-Axis CNC router, the idea being to help my brother make guitars and design and build limited run scale model glider kits "and other stuff". I can share the build log and my Youtube channel if anyone is interested.
@lobo Hello Colin
Good to see you on the forum, there is a lot of cross over interest of aeromodelling and motorcycling. What are you riding?

Hello Michael
Yes please share your CNC router build log and link to your Youtube channel please, I remember you mentioning this in one of the ITAT's.
My first radio model was also with MacGregor single channel. I had the Supermac and an Elmic Conquest escapement, I used this in a Mini Tyro powered by a DC Wasp which I had used a couple of years previously to fly my first CL model which was a Phantom Mite, good times but look where we have got to !!

@pylonuk Hi Barrie,
My main bike is a Triumph Thruxton (Hinckley). It’s a 900 cc retro cafe racer. In addition I have a Harley Heritage Softtail - currently on SORN, as I need to look at the primary chain. Recently, I’ve also acquired a Triton - ‘59 Wideline Featherbed frame, ‘57 T110 650 cc Triumph Tiger pre unit engine (im having a tachometer built for this and then, once I’ve changed over the timing cover, I’ll be putting that on the road.
Do you ride? 😊🏍
