HI - I HAVE NO IDEA HOW GOOD I WOULD BE AT THIS - BUT I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED TO FRSKY ETHOS - AN AMAZING FIRMWARE THAT I THINK CAN DO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING
WELL SO FAR I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING IT CAN'T DO !!! - IS ANYBODY INTERESTED IN THIS ???

Yep ethos is very good. Like you I have mastered most things. The only thing I miss from OpenTX is a push button auto trim function which is really handy for single handed maiden flights.
Unless you can think of a way to save the stick inputs and adjust trim
Good idea for a ITAT

Instant trim is coming in the next big update.

@kevinfairgrieve hope that has been ported to EdgeTx it looks really useful. I had not seen it before thanks.
