These examples were all drawn using the DesignSpark Mechanical CAD package which is available as a permanently free and supported download from RS. They are a simple 2D airfoil section, a two-part wheel hub which is "clicked" and bonded together around a TPU rubber tyre, a venturi insert for a racing glow engine, the front cone of a control line engine spinner, a speed pan for an 049 glow engine, a two part F2A line reel which is "clicked" and bonded together and finally the rear section of a control line Weatherman model cowling sculpted to clear the engine exhaust.
Hello Michael
How did the spinner hold up with engine RPM's?
Nice work and similar things as I am making.
Did you print the TPU tyre as a flat doughnut ring or did the tyre have a thicker feature where it ran on the ground.
