I've just got to use Prusa slicer for the first time over last weekend and found it surprisingly easy. The standard settings printed to component spot on first time so well pleased. Still struggling with Fusion 360 though.

Ok Thanks.

I know the laser beam on my cutter is an oblong shape so X cut is thicker than the Y cut.

I'll just get the students to cut the ends with the scalple knives we have.
